mask making24th July 08 - Hydrama invites you to an evening of theatre and dance in Vlychos. 21 students from the University of California will perform extracts from Greek tragedy and comedy aswell as dance, sing and present their original hand-made masks.

The evening includes an abridged performance of The Persians by Aeschylus, Greek songs dedicated to the moon and a performance by Corinna Seeds of Ritsos' Moonlight Sonata .  Performances are in English and Greek.  All welcome, no dogs please.

Lee Breuer20th July 08, Lee Breuer, the legendary theatre director, delivers a lecture on his acclaimed recent production at the Herod Atticus Theatre  of 'Oedipus at Colonus' at Hydrama Theatre in Vlychos.
