Hydrama Theatre hosts the international “Hydra Festival of Performing Arts” each summer and offers contemporary drama and dance courses in Hydra as well as promoting the study and practice of ancient Greek theatre. Performances are open to the public free of charge during the summer months.
Ancient Theatre of Epidauros
The Hydra Cinema Club organises evening trips to the mainland to visit the Ancient Theatre of Epidauros. The Club President is Mr Lakis Christidis and you can call in at his shop, '21st Century' on the harbour front to speak with him in person. Contact details for Lakis are:
