The Corner Town House is an easy short walk from the harbour. As the name suggests it's on the corner. The entrance to the main house is on one side and the entrance to the guest house is in the other street. The property was recently refurbished and is in move in condition.
Main House
From the street you walk into the open plan living room with a fully fitted modern kitchen and plenty of cupboards.
Straight across the living room there is a small inner hallway with a door to a family shower /WC and a door to a double bedroom. Built into the inner hallway there is a cupboard housing the washing machine.
Metal stairs up to the top floor which opens to a sitting room that also doubles as the 2nd bedroom. There is a WC at the top of the stairs and a door to the middle terrace.
Metal stairs from the middle terrace lead up to the roof terrace. The area of the roof terrace is big enough for a table of 6 to dine together under the stars. You can see the sea just outside the harbour wall and across to the Peloponnese. And all around you have views across the pretty jumble of rooftops and up to the mountains.
Guest Apartment
There is no connection internally with the main house. The entrance to the guest apartment is in the other side street, round the corner.
You step off the street into a small living space with a small kitchen. A couple of steps up passing a newly fitted shower room/WC and a few steps along to the bedroom.
Below the bedroom there is a semi-basement (about the same size as the bedroom). Access to the basement is through a hatch in the shower room. Personally, I'd be inclined to install a spiral staircase to get down into the semi-basement from what is currently the bedroom to utilise the space instead of using it just for storage.
