Livechat Goes Live on Hydradirect

To make it easier for my Hydradirect users to get the information they need more quickly, I've added a Livechat feature to the site. So when I'm online anyone can ask me a quick question in real time without having to fill in a 'contact me email'.

You will see the new feature as a round image of my photo at the bottom of your screen whether you're using a desktop, iPad, tablet or mobile phone. Just click the photo, enter your name and type your question. If you're reading this page, you'll be able to see it now in the bottom right corner of your screen.

As there's only me behind the site, you will only get an answer immediately when I am working at my desk. If I'm out, you'll be able to type your question and it will be queued for me to answer as soon as I return.
