"Hi Kelsey - To follow on from below, Michael picked us up at Piraeus after a disastrous trip back from Hydra on the Flying Dolphin! Engine failure ... However we saw the funny side eventually and my point is that Michael was waiting patiently at Piraeus (an hour and a half later than planned) with iced water and the air conditioning blasting in his taxi which was parked right where we disembarked. He is truly special. Took into account the severe traffic situation and rerouted us via the coast road towards the airport ... We will certainly use his services on our next trip. Had a truly marvellous time in Hydra. It is unique and like stepping into another sphere altogether. We cannot wait to return. Local people delightful, generous, friendly, and know about customer service whether in shops, restaurants and especially Jenny and Theo who looked after us so well at the Mistral. If it hadn't been for all the initial information we received from your website (HydraDirect), and of course our first hearing of Hydra when reading all about Leonard Cohen, we would never have known about such a beautiful island. Lots of success with your business. May pick your brains again on a subsequent visit in the not too distant future."

"Hi Kelsey - Just wanted to give you an update re your recommendation of Michael to drive us from Airport to Piraeus. We cannot praise his service enough. We were met by Tasos, one of his drivers, who escorted us out to car, taking complete charge of our luggage. A safe ride, with Acropolis pointed out on the way, and during our journey a phone call from Michael to apologise for not picking us up himself but he had been delayed elsewhere. But icing on the cake was Tasos and Michael had realised they could get us on an earlier boat, 1pm instead of 4pm, and Michael had phoned ahead to Hellenic to ensure we could travel. When we got to Piraeus again Tasos took all our luggage to the office, and ensured our tickets were changed for the 1pm crossing. We were on the Cat with ten minutes to spare! We also arranged for a pickup on our return from Hydra on 15th. This is such excellent customer service and such a pride in what they do. Please pass on our compliments, and am sure it will continue to be good for all your clients. We are on Hydra now and the island does not do justice to any photos we have seen. It is truly a magical place. Our hotel, Mistral, is lovely and thank you so much for a brilliant website, and also excellent customer service."
