Music on Hydra Island
There's a growing number of musicians already associated with the island who like to create and record music on Hydra. With the advent of the Old Carpet Factory opening as a residential recording studio, many more are attracted such as Sébastien Tellier, Ariel Kalma, Tristan Beau and Görkem Şen. Add the local musicians and regular Greek and International groups and singers who are invited to perform by the Municipality of Hydra and the local bars who organize live music ... well, Hydra is becoming equally the place to be for musicians as it is for painters!
